So I did apply for the vet receptionist job. They had me come in for an interview and yesterday I went in to shadow for a few hours. I think that was more to see if I gel'd with the staff more than to see what the job entailed since I have done that job previously. (long, long ago) I think I did ok. I didn't say anything stupid or trip and fall down the stairs. (always a possibility with me and a staircase) They were all very nice to me. There was a conversation about a craving for cinnamon rolls between some staff members so now I am resisting the urge to go take them a box. I'm pretty sure that would be a tad to obvious.Now I am just waiting for a phone call to see if they offer me the position.
Waiting isn't my strong suit. I think I'll go do some shopping so I'm not sitting by the phone.
